Product Description

XM503 road milling machine is an asphalt road maintenance and construction machine mainly used for the
maintenance operations of municipal roads and as the auxiliary construction implement for large milling machines.

Featuring high working efficiency, simple construction processes, easy control of milling depth, easy and flexible operations,
and good mobility, this machine is an ideal machine for repair, renovation, and maintenance of asphalt roads.

 

* Traveling system: Wheeled type, all-wheel (three-wheel) drive, hydraulic + mechanical drive mode,
constantly variable speed change, and high and low gears. The rear wheels adopt independently suspended support wheels.
The right rear wheel can swing inward to ease the milling along edges.

* Milling system: The hydraulic + mechanical drive mode is applied to achieve efficient and powerful milling.
The imported milling cutter heads guarantee the working life of milling cutter.

* Control of milling depth: The left and right rear outriggers can be vertically adjusted to allow the wedged milling. The rear
outriggers are installed with depth indicator to indicate the milling depth.
This machine can be installed with optional automatic leveling system.

* Sprinkling system: The sector-shaped water spray nozzles spray water to the milling cutter heads to cool the
milling cutter and at the same time reduce the diffusion of dusts during milling. The high capacity water tank can realize
the longer working time of machine without interruption. The electric-driven water pump eases the disassembling
and cleaning of water spray nozzles.
